By using our platform, you acknowledge that Talenph acts as a facilitator between clients and talent, and that direct working relationships formed as a result of our services remain the responsibility of the respective parties.

To be eligible to use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. Clients must be legally authorized businesses able to engage contractors or freelancers, while talents must be legally permitted to work in such capacities. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and to maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided. Misuse of the platform, including fraud, harassment, or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.

All contracts and payments facilitated by Talenph are subject to agreed-upon fees and terms. Clients are responsible for timely payment of service fees and talent compensation, as outlined in their agreements. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, and Talenph reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of late or failed payments. Service fees, billing schedules, and setup costs will always be communicated transparently prior to engagement.

Confidentiality is a core value at Talenph. Clients, talents, and Talenph itself agree to keep all proprietary and sensitive information secure, and where required, we may facilitate the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All intellectual property contained on Talenph.com, including logos, text, and graphics, remains the exclusive property of Talenph and may not be copied, distributed, or exploited without written consent.

Talenph provides its services on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee specific results. While we take every effort to match clients with suitable talent, ultimate responsibility for the outcome of any engagement rests with the contracting parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talenph disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion if we believe these Terms have been violated. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Philippines.
